Fotos by Fabe ("we," "us") is a photography business based on Long Island, New York. This policy explains what information we collect through fotosbyfabe.com and our client services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, requested date and time, the type of session you want, and anything you include in your message. If you book with us, we also collect the details needed for your agreement and invoice.

Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Squarespace, our website host, and Google Analytics 4. These tools collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

Photos and galleries. If you are a client, we store the images from your session and deliver them through a private online gallery hosted on Cloudflare.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, prepare agreements and invoices, deliver your photos, and understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Deposits and balances are currently paid through Zelle or Cash App. Those payments are processed by those services under their own privacy policies, and we do not receive or store your full bank or card details. If we add online print sales in the future, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and we will update this policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website and forms), Google (analytics and email), Cloudflare (client galleries), and payment apps. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Use of images

Images from your session may be used in our portfolio or marketing only as described in your client agreement. If you have questions about how your images are used, contact us.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Client galleries remain available for the period stated in your agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
